Housed in a fully separated double-sided case with central image holder that flips against each interior cover, making the image appear positive on both sides (both covers fully separated at spine, case in three separate pieces). -- Quarter plate daguerreotype group portrait featuring 5 young men and 3 young women, possibly the young adult members of a family or a class of some sort. (Some tarnishing to edges, with some softening to clarity; partly resealed.) Housed in a half pressed paper case. -- And 3 others, including a quarter plate daguerreotype, a sixth plate daguerreotype, and a sixth plate ambrotype, most in broken cases. -- Together, 5 daguerreotype and ambrotype group portraits of mostly young adults.
