Condition:
THE FIRST
The overall condition is very good with only minor fraying on the edges of the eyelet trim and on the interior seams. On the pants, there are small spots on the front (zipper on the left) right side below the waist band, and on the left leg beside the crotch seam. In the lining, there is soiling around the crotch seam and a few faint marks right beside the zipper closure on the back.
THE SECOND
The overall condition is very good with only minor fraying on the edges of the eyelet trim and on the interior seams.
THE THIRD
The overall condition is good. On the jacket, there is a small spot on the front left of the collar, on the front right panel along the opening. On the interior, there are a few pulled threads where the lining is attached. On the dress, there are faint spots on the front right below the waist line, in the center front panel, on the bottom right corner along the hem, and on the back right side below the waist line.
Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. All other condition issues are stated above. To request additional working condition photos, please email us with the lot number. Condition is a matter of opinion of the evaluator and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Clients must review and agree to the Conditions of Sale before participating in an auction.
