Condition:
THE FIRST
The overall condition is good though the jacket and skirt have faded from age and wear, the neckline and interior under arms are lightly soiled, and the front right hip pocket has a large discolored spot near the hemline. The top front button has been reattached and several buttons throughout, show signs of wear especially at the back skirt closure. The skirt has a discolored spot on the front and back left hem.
THE SECOND
The overall condition is good with some moderate soiling internally under each arm, and lightly along the neckline and sleeve hems. There is some light orange soiling on the front left hem at opening, and the waist line lining has a small hole in the right side. The skirt lining has detached from the center back zipper and has started to detach from the front waist band; likely it was stitched to shorten the length. Both pieces have previously been pressed.
THE THIRD
The overall condition is good though the jacket has some faint soiled spots on the front on each side of the opening between the second button and hem. The side seams show some minor alterations. The skirt has been noticeably altered, especially along the zipper closure seam and each major seam. There is some faint soiled spots on the center front hip and center back seat.
THE FOURTH
The overall condition is good though the jacket lining has noticeable soiling throughout and especially under the arms and left sleeve hem. The front buttons have been relocated and the right hip pocket is missing a button. There are some minimally pulled yarns throughout the jacket shoulders and front panels. The skirt has a large dark spot on the front hemline and back right side seam at hip level. There is some light soiling along the waistband and upper hip areas. The suit has been previously pressed.
THE FIFTH
The overall condition is very good structurally though the jacket has been altered on each side seam from the waist down and the center back seam. There is a gray patch on the front left that replaced the material that was relocated to the center back hem. The skirt has a few popped stitches in the lining attached to the zipper closure.
THE SIXTH
The overall condition is very good though there are some small orange spots on the front right chest and upper left chest near the neckline. Each of the buttons has some light scuffing and scratches.
THE SEVENTH
The overall condition is very good though the front waist band facing has some red spots.
THE EIGHTH
The overall condition is very good structurally though there are some faint white marks on the right sleeve cap and left front facing at waist level. There is some faint lightening along the exterior seams which is likely due to pressing.
THE NINTH
The overall condition is good though there are a few faint white marks on the front of the garment below the hips and a few faint white marks on the center back by the hem. There is a white mark in the lining on the front right side by the hem. There is a faint white mark on the front left side of the waist band.
THE TENTH
The overall condition is good. though there are a few marks on the center front by the hem. There is a discolored mark on the center front below the hips and another on the center front right below the waist band. There is a faint white mark on the center right hand side in the middle.
THE ELEVENTH
The overall condition is very good with a few faint white marks on the center front of the garment in he pleating. There is another mark on the front bottom left side. There are also a few marks on the back of the garment by the hem. There are a few lose threads along the waist band.
THE TWELFTH
The overall condition is very good with a small white mark on the front left side beside the zipper. There is another white mark in the lining on the front right corner by the hem.
THE THIRTEENTH
The overall condition is good though there is a faint white mark on the front right panel by the hem and on the back right panel right below the waist band. There are multiple holes in the lining next to the side zipper. There are a few soiled spots in the lining on the back right side right below the hips. There is also creasing in the waist band.
THE FOURTEENTH
The overall condition is good externally with a faint mark in the back on the left side right below the hips. There are major rips through out the lining and it is detaching from the hem line.
THE FIFTEENTH
The overall condition is good though there are faint white marks on the center front right below the waist band. There is an small white mark on the front left panel on the bottom by the hem. There is creasing along the hem as well as on the flaps of the flap pockets. There is a small white mark on the front left panel right below the pocket next to the side seam. There is a white mark on the flap of the left flap pocket. There is a pulled thread in the front lining by the hem and a loose thread in the lining right below the side zipper.
