Condition:
THE FIRST
The overall condition is very good structurally though the jacket has been let out at the side seams to the hips. There is some light soiling along the neckline and sleeve hems and there is a faint white spot on the front left hip next to the opening. The hemline has some light soiling and the lining along the back vent appears to have been reattached. The pants have had an extension made at the center back waist band and the back rise has been let out.
THE SECOND
The overall condition is very good structurally though the jacket has been let out at the side seams. There is some faint dark soiling on the left shoulder, light soiling along the neckline and right shoulder, smaller spots on the front waist, and yellow spots on the right sleeve near the hem. The pants have a couple of 1" long dark yellow spots located on the front right leg towards the inseam above the knee, the back right seat has a faint yellow spot below the waist band, a darkened spot on the inner left leg near the inseam at calf level, and the hems have been taken up. There is dark soiling inside both pant hems though especially in the left leg.
THE THIRD
The overall condition is good though the jacket has some small spots on the right collar and lapel, the front right shoulder, and along both sleeve hems. There are two pin holes from a straight pin on the left collar tip. There is a faint light spot on the back right shoulder, along the back collar, and under each arm in the lining. The skirt's main seams are all stressed and beginning to pull apart, especially on the front seams. There is a spot on the right front hem and the back hem flounce has a lightly soiled spot on the back left and the hemline is starting to come undone on the right side.
Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
