THE FIRST

The overall condition is very good though there's a small spot on the right side of the collar and the hip seams are slightly fraying.

THE SECOND
The overall condition is very good structurally though the interior right side of the waist band appears to have been either replaced or reinforced with an orange fabric and extended on the left closure side. The top of the skirt appears to have been lengthened from the waist band down approximately 1.25". The belt has signs of alterations on the bottom flared seams.

Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
