Freeman's Specialist David Weiss on Antiques Roadshow

Freeman's David Weiss met with one of the youngest up-and-coming collectors to ever appear on the popular PBS series Antiques Roadshow in Richmond, VA (original air date: 12 May 2014). Weiss, a Roadshow regular, appraised a late 19th-Century Albert Neuhuys watercolor for the young man, who purchased the piece for $2. Visit the Roadshow's website to view more clips of Freeman's specialists appearances on the show.

David Weiss: You paid two dollars.
Guest: Yes.
David Weiss: What do you think it might be worth today?
Guest: 150 bucks.
David Weiss: 150 bucks? I think it's worth $150. I think it's more than $150. Today, if your Albert Neuhuys watercolor came to an auction, it would probably sell for between $1,000 and $1,500.
