After a highly successful Asian Arts auction in April totaling $1.06 million in sales. Freeman's is excited to invite consignments of collections or single items, concentrating on Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian and southeast Asian fine and decorative arts for our September 9 auction. The markets remain robust for fine furniture, paintings, bronze and stone sculpture, porcelains and ceramics, and works of art in jade, bamboo, wood and glass, as well as fine textiles.

Chinese Art: 
-Jade carvings (19th century and earlier) 
-Buddhist and Daoist lacquered and gilt bronze sculpture (19th century and earlier)
-Traditional Chinese paintings (19th century and earlier) 
-20th century works by the masters
-Textiles in good condition (19th century and earlier)
-Cloisonné, bronze, bamboo, hardstone and glass scholar's items (19th century and earlier)
-Mark and period porcelains, monochrome ceramics (Qing dynasty and earlier), as well as Rebuplication examples
-Ceramics, sculpture and decorative arts (Tang Dynasty and earlier)

Chinese Furniture:
-huanghuali and zitan furniture
-lacquered and mother of pearl-inlaid furniture (19th century and earlier) 


Southeast Asian (Thai, Burmese, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Indonesian):
-Paintings, furniture, decorative arts (19th century and earlier)

-Khmer sculpture

-Indian and Gandharan sculpture and decorative arts (19th century and earlier)

-Himalayan sculpture and decorative arts (19th century and earlier)

Japanese and Korean 
-Paintings and decorative arts --sculpture, porcelains, fine cloisonné, lacquer and bronzes-- as wekk as netsuke, inro, and tsuba (19th century and earlier)
